Side-by-side review

Case timeline (entity: case → notices, responses, deadlines)

Who has standing

The performer depicted is often not the copyright owner. A likeness_holder cannot send a DMCA notice, only a likeness claim or platform policy report. union_rep has no standing unless agent authority is on file. (Unverified — lawyer to confirm.)

Notice drafting

Every notice is a draft. It needs a named human approved_by before it can move to approved. This tool never sends automatically; the send step is a separate, human-initiated action outside this wireframe.

Counter-notice alert

A counter_notice response starts the counter_notice_restore_window (10 business days, unverified) and suit_filing_window (14 business days, unverified). Both deadlines flagged lawyer review required.
